Project Management Deliverables



    1. Working with the Business Development team to scope implementation & support projects.

    2. Discovering requirements, documenting business process flows, research of third party applications, and creating client-specific training documentation.

    3. Maintaining project plans, coordinating resources, executing deliverables, and managing client relationships.

    4. Overseeing the design of the Salesforce.com object structure, the configuration of standard & custom objects, security models, fields, page layouts, workflow rules, reports, and dashboards to meet business requirements and bring highest value.

    5. Coordinating and managing external system integrations and data migrations to Salesforce.com organizations.

    6. Working directly with development resources to derive requirements, technical documentation, and level of effort estimates for clients.

    7. Delivering technical and end-user training to internal administrators, power users, executive teams, sales teams, customer service representatives, and marketing teams.
